Description:
You have to remind yourself that you are strong. You are a winner. You are full of great potential. Even if the past would scream otherwise, you have to allow your new mindset and choices to define you. Maybe you’ve been a procrastinator majority of your life, or maybe you’ve been a professional excuse-giver. Right now, you can change your mindset. You can set a new course of action, and begin to allow your new mindset to describe a new “you” to yourself. If you’ve been keeping up with me on social media or my website, you’ve learned a new self-love language. You may have already adopted this mindset, and that’s wonderful. Your consistent choices define who you are. What do you find yourself doing with your time (Including free time) on a daily basis? Make every day count. Commit to putting the healthiest foods in your body. Get active and shed the unnecessary weight. Don’t allow your past mindset or mistakes to define you. Don’t allow the negative or positive opinions of others to define you. YOU get to chose what you allow to define you. Likewise, YOU get to chose what shifts and changes, and what remains the same about you.
